About the Series
This is South Africa’s flagship celebrity entertainment show presented by Somizi Mhlongo, Nomuzi Mabena and Siyabonga ‘Scoop’ Ngwekazi. The show is known for its tongue- in-cheek interview style, which has become a trademark with local audiences. With over 2500 live broadcasts (& counting), the show features A-List African celebrity interviews as well as live coverage of major African music and entertainment events featuring the Red Carpet and Behind-the- Scenes interviews with the biggest African stars on the continent. Exclusive behind-the-scenes footage of each episode is available online, as well as a digital extension of the show called ‘The After Party’ for viewers to enjoy via Youtube/Facebook Live and Twitter after each broadcast – all adding to the integration of the experience of the show on-air and online.
