About the Movie
The English language version is currently available for licensing to the World excluding Africa: We meet a formidable and decent woman who has a surprising affinity for whistling. Whistling, as in the perfection of melodies and the songs of garden birds, but also everyday sounds, by using breath control and the perfect placement of her tongue. That’s what she does from morning till night, after all. To take this wonderful gift beyond the boundaries of her own familiar world, she invites a young camera crew to follow her in the days prior to a big performance. She is ultimately, by her own admission, South Africa’s whistling phenomenon.
